As we approach the closing date for the purchase of our new home in Burnaby, we felt that we must bring the efforts and hard work of Mrs. Rosemary Anderson to your attention.
When we first met Rosemary, she presented herself as a professional realtor. She made it clear that she was at our disposal at any time and would keep our interests foremost in her mind. Throughout the process of our purchase, Rosemary always exemplified these attributes. Her sense of humour, patience and persistence were outstanding.
We were not easy clients by any stretch of the imagination. As first time buyers, we were extremely apprehensive, somewhat indecisive, and had unrealistic expectations. Rosemary’s positive attitude, friendliness, and knowledge eased our minds considerably. Her confidence and professionalism made us feel, in these economically trying times, that we were enduring the process in a manner that was conducive to the purchase of a home.
She worked around the clock to find exactly what we wanted. Rosemary expressed her opinions not only as a realtor, but as a friend who always had our best interests at heart. Her ability to plug into the root of our concerns was exceptional. She was prompt, receptive, and extremely helpful.
If it were not for Rosemary, we feel that we would not have purchased the home that we have dreamed of owning.
